Fretboard & Capo
The fretboard is the area of your guitar where you play
Some songs require a capo. A capo is just a clamp which you can place on any fret. This effectively movesthe 'nut' of the guitar, allowing you to play 'open' chords higher up the fretboard. In ActionTab the capo is represented by the black bar on the left.

Johnny Cash...No introduction is necessary for 'The Man in Black'. This ActionTab is a small tribute to the man who became a Country Legend, and didn't stop there.
The song revolves around simple chord progressions -
Am C D in the verses, and Am F C G for the chorus (the progressions vary so watch out).
During the chorus there is a piano going bonkers playing a high G - so we decided to show you how to play the guitar chords as close to this as possible. Simply keep your little finger on the G note and strum the chords as shown.
This song is from one of the best albums of the decade (sorry Britney). It was Johnny's last album and he poured his soul into it.
The album breathes out Johnny's pain, sadness and regrets in a way that few albums can do. This particular song 'hurt' is typical of that.
Hurt is a Nine Inch Nails Cover version, and I've seen more than one hardened rocker change their opinion on Johnny and Country music thanks to this record. Get that pinky ready and ...hurt.
