There are 2 lead guitars that play harmonies together throughout much of the song. Here you can see the second guitar, which plays the higher harmony. We've turned the other lead guitar way down so you can hear this one clearly. There are some gaps between the harmonies. The good news is that the harmonies are basically the same each time (with a little variation). So there's not a whole lot to worry about learning once you have the main licks down.
Here are the licks in order (click the links to jump straight to them):
Lick 1 - We're skipping the start of the song a little bit to get straight to the first lick. This second guitar comes in when lick 2 is played by the first lead guitar. It is quite fast and involves some trickery with fast hammer ons. Just go really slow until you get it right and then work on speed. Once you have this lick nailed, the rest will come more quickly as they are very similar.
Chorus Lick - After a long gap, rejoin the song and play this melody over the chorus.
Lick 1 - After another gap play Lick 1 again, same as the first time, but afterwards add these chord strums. This is shortly followed by another repeat of the earlier Chorus Lick again.
Outro - The last lead lick for this guitar comes in at the end of the song. It is in the same style as the chorus lick, and is a similar tune - but played down at fret 7 this time. Use a whammy bar (if you have one) on the last note to make it bend down.
