This is the final section of the song. Basically, it is just more of the same riffs from Part 1, followed by Slash's outro solo as the song ends.
If solos aren't your thing, then check out Izzy's Rhythm Guitar instead. Although this outro solo is easier than most of Slash's usual stuff, it's still tricky in places.
Tuning - Low Eb : Ab : Gb : Db : Bb : Eb
There's nothing new to the first half of this section. It's the same style of Main and Verse riffs encountered before (in Part 1). Although, for the verse both guitars use a lot of flanger effect. We didn't use any flanger here, but if you have it - go for it.
Izzy and Slash play the same riffs until the outro solo begins. At this point Slash does his lead thing. He basically follows the backing chords with simple licks from the pentatonic minor scale. The whole solo is based around the 1st and 3rd fingers in pentatonic 'box' patterns.
Even though he uses bends etc, notice how the majority of the solo is still played just with those 2 fingers. If you watch the ActionTab you can see why some folks call these 'box' licks. They usually span 2 strings and 2 frets, forming a 'box' shape on the fretboard. These notes aren't played all at the same time so you need to watch it playing. After a little while you should be able to see how the same patterns appear.
