This is the rock guitar part for the song. It's a great riff starting with a slide and Low open E strike. As soon as you finish the slide, pick the low E and use that time to move your fingers up to the 9th and 12th frets for the following rock lick. With enough practice you will get there in time and jump into the lick fast enough.
The lick uses bends on the F# on fret 11 of the G string. Use supporting fingers to help bend the string, but keep your little finger in place at the 12th frets. You need to strike the F# and adjacent B on the 12th fret. Aim to bend just the F# though. Once you get the F# bending and B note sounding together, quickly strike the high E note (which should also be fretted with your little finger. The positioning is tricky if you aren't used to this style of playing, but stick at it. Just keep repeating the first 3 string strikes of the lick until you get the hang of it. Once your fingers can play just that little part, the rest of the lick will be much easier.
Notice for the next part of the lick the 2nd finger is used to play C# on the 11th fret of the D string. It may seem natural to use your 3rd finger instead, but using the 2nd finger is faster because the 3rd finger has just finished the bend on the adjacent F#. As it is doing that, you can move your 2nd finger into place much quicker. Even though this means there is a 2 fret gap between your 2nd finger on the 11th fret, and your 1st finger (still needed around the 9th fret), it shouldn't be a problem because the frets are much shorter here and your fingers won't find the stretch too difficult! Whilst playing this part of the lick, keep your fingers around the same position as previously - 9th to 12th frets. The lick alternates only slightly around the notes here. Keeping your fingers in position will make controlling the strings much easier and also allow you to find the notes quickly.
Don't be afraid to keep your little finger at the 12th fret throughout this lick if that suits you better. Just adjust pressure to the strings with your little finger according to whether you wish the notes there to sound or not (i.e. mute the notes or fret them).
After this lick slide down to the low E, then whap the inevitable E5 powerchord. Then rock out through the following chords (which you may know already from the acoustic guitar part):

The song then runs through a little B minor arpeggio into a slide to A5, D major, B minor, A major, then into a pretty simple lick using the E pentatonic minor scale. Starts from the Low E note.
Then cycle back through the chord sequence again until the next little pentatonic lick beginning with the quarter note bends on the G note here. Follow the lick (which is very straightforward) and you'll see it soon jumps back to familiar territory at the 9th - 12th frets again.
After this lick (which is a little easier than the intro due to more straightforward notes and less bends / string control being required) the song ends by cycling through these chords:
